Application information and privacy

This notice applies to workspace requests, request tracking and workspace access services on the Smart BLC V5 website.

Information we collect

To apply, provide your company name, preferred workspace ID, contact name, work email, phone number and preferred software edition. Additional requirements are optional. Do not include passwords, production data or sensitive information unrelated to your request.

How we use your information

We use request information to confirm business requirements, contact you, assess deployment and licensing conditions, and manage workspace activation. Information is stored on this website's server and accessed by authorized request administrators. It is not displayed in a public directory or used for advertising.

Requests and workspace activation

Submitting an application does not immediately activate a workspace or grant free licensing. After an administrator provides a valid license and approves, we activate your independent instance, configure its domain and HTTPS, and email the login URL and initial credentials. Keep the notification private and change the password after first login.

Tracking codes and access protection

A tracking code is displayed after submission. Anyone holding it can view the company name, workspace ID, edition, processing status and applicant-facing replies for that request. Contact names, email addresses, phone numbers and original requirement notes are not returned by the tracking endpoint. Download your receipt and keep the code private.

Retention, corrections and deletion

For corrections, withdrawal or deletion, contact blcv5@richvoice.com and provide your tracking code for verification. Applications in the provisioning workflow require operations staff to deactivate their domain and entry before deletion. Historical backup records expire during backup rotation.

Essential sessions and security logs

Visitors can browse and apply without signing in. The administration page uses essential secure session cookies. The server retains necessary access and error logs and rate-limits request and tracking endpoints. This website does not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking services.
